Important Instruction’s
They are quite simple and clear and you are supposed to read them all. Now, come on, It will take less than two minutes.
- Please read the loan agreement carefully and ensure that key terms such as interest rate, processing fees, prepayment charges are clearly stated before you sign the agreement.
- Noblefinserv will notify you of any changes in the terms and conditions of this product with prior notice of one month
- The loan approval letter is valid for one week. The applicant must complete the process within this period.
- If the applicant pays the complete outstanding amount before the end of the term, he/she may get a reduction on the interest.
- The applicant must repay the loan in monthly installments including the interest.
- You need to pay your EMI on the due date. Non-payment of EMI would impact, but will not be limited to:-
Your credit rating (reporting to Credit Information Companies (CICs))
This will have an impact on other credit facilities availed of from Noblefinserv
The Noblefinserv may initiate recovery proceedings to recover the dues
- The minimum repayment tenure is six months and the maximum is twenty years.
- The maximum loan amount that can be availed is `15 lakh. Select customers may be eligible for loans up to `30 lakh based on the internal credit policy of Noblefinserv
- We extend this loan to anyone working in the departments of State/Central government.
- The applicant is solely responsible for all the charges including filing charge, expenditure regarding property verification, mortgage deeds, registration, verification, guarantee deed verification, guarantor verification, agent commission etc.
- The applicant will be informed in due course regarding the status of loan approval.
- Company Legal Charges (file charges, processing fees, agreement fees), is non-refundable.
- In case of late repayment, late charges of 2% of the EMI amount will be levied on the applicant. The applicant might also need to arrange EMI as well. Lastly, if required, we might then ask for the insurance and guarantor.
- Loan disbursement takes place within seven days, via online transfer, after documentation and completion of loan procedure.
- There a possibility that the applicant might need to pay other charges after legal charges. Sometimes according to the loan requirements,
- The documentation process must be completed within 15 days starting from the sanction of the letter of loan approval. The loan application will be cancelled if the applicant fails to do so.
- Noblefinserv holds the right to cancel or suspend services on the web loan approval. We may cancel requests for any customers at our own discretion, without giving any reason.
- Noblefinserv will not be responsible or liable for any action, claims, damages, losses, costs, charges, and expenses that an applicant may incur due to the offer or any other court charges. All these expenses are non-refundable.
- Any transactions which are returned, disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent transactions will not be considered.
DEFAULT
- If the applicant does not pay the instalment on or before the relevant due date; outstanding Loan amount and all accrued interest would become immediately due and payable.
- In the event of default (i.e. if the minimum amount due is not paid by the payment due date or breach of any clause of the agreement), the applicant will be sent reminders from time to time for payment of any outstanding on his personal account, by post, fax, telephone, e-mail, SMS messaging and/or through third parties appointed for collection purposes to remind, follow-up and collect dues
